Ingredients for 4 people:

 

  •   2 Avocados

  •   150 Gr peeled shrimp

  •   100 Gr grated cheese

  •   2 Oranges

  •   2 Tablespoons olive oil

  •   2 Tablespoons honey

  •   1 Tablespoon dijon mustard

  •   Salt

  •   Pepper

Vinaigrette:

 

  • Introduce an orange juice in a bowl

  • Add salt

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard

  • 2 tablespoon of Honey

  • Pepper

  • Add, slowly, olive oil to get the exact point of creaminess.
