Ingredients for 4 people:

 

  •   2 Pumpkins of 1 kg

  •   1 Onion

  •   1 Red Pepper

  •   1 Carrot

  •   200 gr Cream Cheese

  •   3 Eggs

  •   200 gr Salmón

  •   Salt

  •   Pepper

  •   Olive Oil

 

 

Pumpkin Stuffed

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Preparing Pumpkins:

 

  • Cut the squash up to the top

  • Empty the inside of pumpkin

 

 

Recipe:

 

  • Wash and chop all the vegetables expect the pumpkin

  • Place in a pot with oil

  • Pour into the pot a squash pulp of pumpkin

  • Add the cream cheese

  • Add salmon

  • Add eggs

  • Mix all things for a few minutes

  • Fill pumpkins and put them in the oven 20 minutes at 200 degrees
